Hilary Duff looked polished in a hip hugging red and blue mock neck checkered dress and super cute Christian Louboutin shoe booties. The contrast of the colors makes this outfit stand out. I love the shoes with this dress. Most people would be scared to mix the stark white and black shoebooties with a bold pattern dress, but don't be! It may not match but it sure goes and that is all that matters!

I think I need to forward Heidi Montag my previous post on the right way to wear OTK's. She needs serious help. This is definitely a flash back to the movie cover of Pretty Woman but Julia Roberts definitely looked WAY better in this look. It might not have been so horrible if she wouldn't have paired her lace up OTK's with a leather mini. Am I wrong?! Just wait my friends... you will be seeing this hideous outfit on the new season of The Hills.

Kim Cattrall and Miley Cyrus were all matchy matchy wearing a gorgeous strapless Matthew Williamson dress and belted wrap around Bebe boots. I don't know how I feel about Miley's spiked dog collar necklace, but I think Kim looks amazing!
